Shipping:
All products unless otherwise stated are supplied direct from the manufacturer. As such lead times vary depending to the specific manufacturer and type of product ordered. The shipping information will be supplied on each product page, if this or any other information is missing please contact us at sales@wickedstyling.com for up to date delivery times.
Any product manufactured by wicked styling will be shipped within 3-4 working days unless otherwise stated. Confirmation of shipment will be sent within 24 hrs of shipping.
If an item does not arrive in the stated lead time please contact us as soon as possible. We normally leave a 24hr grace period before contacting the manufacturer and will require confirmation that it has not been recieved in this 24hr period before doing so.
Cancellations:
- For products cancelled that are held in stock we reserve the right to charge up to 5% or £5 adminstration fee whichever is the highest.
- For items that are not held in stock yet are returnable we reserve the right to charge up to 15% or £5 whichever is the highest.
- Any item that is non-returnable is also non-refundable, this will be stated at the time of order.
Returns:
If a package is recieved with significant external damage please contact us before opening. In the event that and product is damaged we require notification within 5 days of reciept in order to file a complaint with the supplier. Unfortunately we are unlikely to be able to offer replacements if it has been longer than this period due to manufacturers own return policies but if we feel the damage is significant enough to warrant replacemet we will persue regardless.
